These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the dan55 platform. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator or license jurisdiction, to register and use dan55. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one active account on the dan55 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent termination without notice.
All promotional offers, welcome bonuses and ongoing incentives are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits and game-contribution rules. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.
Identity verification (Know Your Customer) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. You may be required to submit a valid CNIC, passport or other accepted documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of dan55 is lawful in your jurisdiction. In Pakistan, the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 may apply. dan55 makes no representation that access is lawful in every jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the dan55 platform ("dan55", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dan55 website available at https://dan55.cam, its associated mobile interfaces and all related services (collectively the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 restricts gambling activities. To register and maintain an Account on the dan55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licensing conditions, whichever is greater. dan55 strictly prohibits minors from accessing the Platform. We reserve the right to require age verification at any time and to suspend any Account pending confirmation of the User's age.
You may only use the Platform if doing so is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of access. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited are not eligible to register or use the Platform. This responsibility lies entirely with you. dan55 does not warrant or represent that access to the Platform is permitted in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed through dan55's internal responsible gambling tools or through any external self-exclusion programme. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual person may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited. If more than one Account is identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through shared device, IP address, payment method, identity document or other indicator — the Operator reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, void any pending or settled wagers and permanently withhold Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout the lifetime of your Account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and any other information requested by the Operator. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify dan55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
The Operator may require identity verification at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. The Operator may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Your Account may be suspended or restricted pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform.
You may access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may place wagers in accordance with the applicable game and betting rules published on the Platform. All activity must be conducted in your own name, for your own account and using funds that are legitimately yours.
You are responsible for ensuring that any device you use to access the Platform — including smartphones, tablets and desktop computers — is appropriately secured and that no unauthorised third party, particularly a minor, can access the Platform through your device or credentials.
The Operator reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, security, compliance or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled Platform unavailability.
All monetary deposits are processed in accordance with the Operator's current cashier options. Available payment methods are displayed within your Account panel and may change without notice. The following familiar Pakistani payment tools are referenced as examples of the types of methods that may be available: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The mention of any payment provider does not constitute endorsement of the Platform by that provider, nor confirmation that the provider supports gambling transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Current limits are displayed within the cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may be adjusted by the Operator at any time in accordance with regulatory requirements or operational policy.
Deposits may be accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as stated in the cashier, subject to the Operator's current currency policy. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined by the Operator and may differ from prevailing market rates. The Operator accepts no liability for exchange-rate fluctuations.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are legally owned by you, free from any criminal proceeds, and that the payment method used is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to another person — are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and Account standing. The Operator does not guarantee withdrawal processing within any specific timeframe.
Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed by the Operator. Crypto withdrawals may be processed faster than bank transfer options once approved internally. You must not rely on pending withdrawals for time-sensitive financial obligations. No guaranteed payout timelines are stated or implied.
The Operator reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, bonus abuse review or compliance with applicable regulatory obligations. The Operator will communicate the reason for any material delay to the User within a reasonable period.
All bonuses, promotions and incentive programmes offered on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the applicable promotion. The general principles below apply to all promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or reclaim any Bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, collusive play, use of automated software or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of the promotion. The Operator's determination in such matters is final.
Each game, sports market and betting product available on the Platform is governed by its own specific product rules, which are published within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules take precedence in relation to that product.
All sporting events — including cricket fixtures such as PSL matches, ICC T20 World Cup games and international Pakistan series, as well as football leagues, UFC events and other sports — are offered subject to availability. The Operator does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, event or odds. In-play markets are offered at the Operator's discretion and may be suspended or amended at any time during live events.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by live dealer processes where applicable. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by individual game studios and are stated in the game's information panel where required.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity issue that affects the settlement of a wager, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the User's Account. No liability is accepted for losses arising from technical interruptions.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Consequences: Prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds, permanent ban from the Platform and referral to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, interface designs, product names and data compilations — is the property of the Operator or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from the Operator.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes. Gambling carries inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that losses are a natural outcome of gambling and accept that the Operator has no obligation to compensate you for gambling losses.
The Operator may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, collusive play, access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, failure to complete KYC, or any other conduct that the Operator deems harmful to the Platform or its users.
Upon termination for cause, the Operator reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real-money deposits not implicated in any breach will be returned to the User following completion of any applicable investigation, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] with your Account details and a clear closure request. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated, as disclosed in the Operator's licensing documentation. In the event of a dispute between you and the Operator regarding these Terms or the Platform, you should first contact the support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. The Operator will respond to formal complaints within a reasonable period as set out in its complaints handling procedure. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute-resolution mechanism available under the Operator's applicable licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where required by applicable mandatory law.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email notification to the address held on their Account or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
The "Effective Date" and "Last Reviewed" dates at the top of this page reflect the most recent version of these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
